Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the exact shipping cost before you confirm your order — no surprises.
How Long Will It Take?
Every order goes through two stages before it reaches you: processing and shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Processing Time: 3–5 business days
This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. Some orders may require an additional day or two, depending on the quality check process.

The estimated total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, or address issues outside our control.
Order Confirmation & Changes
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing begins after payment is verified.
If you need to make a change to your order, contact us at contact@lezoya.com within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
You can also track your parcel directly through our website.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your package may be held at the nearest local post office, carrier facility, or pickup location.
You may need to contact the carrier directly to arrange pickup or schedule redelivery.
To avoid missed deliveries or delays, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains items with different processing times, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Your tracking information will reflect each shipment as it becomes available.
International Orders
All international shipments are subject to customs review by the destination country’s border agency.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
We recommend signing up for shipping notifications from your local carrier to stay updated on your delivery status and any duties owed.
P.O. Box Deliveries
We currently have limited carrier support for P.O. Box addresses.
If you are placing an international order, we recommend using a full street address to avoid delays.
