Returns and Refunds
We want you to feel confident ordering from Lezoya. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items clearly marked as Final Sale
- Swimwear where the hygiene liner has been removed, damaged, or tampered with
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@lezoya.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued for:
- Items returned in a condition different from how they were received
- Items returned outside the 30-day window, at our discretion
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If your refund has not arrived:
- Check your bank account and pending transactions
- Contact your card provider, as posting times may vary
- Contact your bank directly

Sale Items
Discounted items may be returned unless they are clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at contact@lezoya.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will review the issue and arrange an exchange, replacement, refund, or other resolution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For size or style exchange requests, please contact us.
If the requested item is available, we may help arrange an exchange. Return shipping may apply.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the approved return once we receive the item.
If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be returned to the original payment method used by the gift giver.
